Jan 13. Top soil piled up as area terraced, swale put in and pond dug.	Jan 13. Terraces roughed in. Piles of wood chips from cut trees and rocks (from friends) in background.
Jan 19. Layout begins with wood chips on paths.	Apr 22. Raised beds framed and rocks walls installed for terraces.  Peas growing on trellis.  Pile of purchased compost behind trellis.
Apr 22. Compost spread on future forest garden area.  Pond in foreground is full.  2003 was a very wet year.	Sept.  Beds growing with flowers, veggies and cover crop.  Gourdzilla supports gourd vines.  The hoops support bird netting to keep the deer from eating the veggies.  The unlined pond is still full.
